    OK, I'm going to buy some horizon line libraries and ordering the relative V Instruments before January 6.
    I will get the Standard V. Instruments after that day and than a month for deciding on the whole Instruments. But how long will that reduction last.?
    Will in February the costs for the extensions be the same as now?

    If I understand correctly the prices and offers of the VI are permanent. You always get the extended version at a reduced price if you own the corresponding horizon package.

    That's correct - you can take advantage of the upgrade prices whenever you want, there's no time limit.
