    OK, I own Perf set and all the Pro Edition Libraries.

    If one can't afford to upgrade all at once, could I :

    1 Buy just the woodwinds. Then later, unlock (pay) for the extended woodwinds?

    Etc with the rest of the orchestra.

    If the answer is that I could do it this way, then how much would it cost for each section of the orchestra for those of us who own Pro Edition?

    yes, that´s the idea behind the concept, to make it easy for you to get Vienna Instruments when you need them, no time limit.
