    To the moderators.

    When I try to login, it asks for my serial number, product, etc....

    my user id is politech@optusnet.com.au. Can you re-establish my user id or do I need to re-register?

    just checked and i can see you still registered ....
    please note: the login for the forum is your nickname, to the user area it is your registered email address

    Hi CM,

    I thought I had updated my details. This problem occurs when I attempt to login to the User Area.

    Do I need to re-register my OPUS 1 product?

    The account ID & Password are stored on my work PC so I don't think its invalid.

    I tried again this morning, but again, the system asked me to register my product (Serial & Product details).

    Do I need to do this task again?
