    Purchased French Oboe some months back and just picked up Chamber Strings and Epic Horns. As good as Pro Ed is that I have, and it might just be that these are "new" [:)] ...

    ...but it seems that these libraries are even recorded better than the original PE (both actual recording and players' performances). I get the feeling that the bar has been raised. To me, it says that they have a mentality of 'constant improvement'. Can't imagine what the future holds and what VSL has up their sleeves.

    Glad you are liking these....[;)]

    I think VSL already had their recording process down by the time these libs were recorded, but to their credit, listened to their users to create and embellish on what they were doing.
