  • Legato in the promotion video of Vienna Needs help

I saw the promotion video in the vienna extra section.
I don't understand how the player can switch the legato with portamento and no portamento with the modulation wheel.
How i can play the cello no portamento and active the portamento with MOW? This is the link to the video:http://www.vsl.co.at/admin/downloader2.asp?file=upload/videos/03_leg_mode2_big.wmv

    Please help me

Firstly you need to update the GS instruments with the GS3 art files available from the User Area. You will then see the options for the instruments that you want. I would suggest using AutoArt, as it will save you hours.

  • Don't you just hold down D1 (or the corresponding key) when you wish to disable portamento!

Never heard this before? Have you tried it? On my setup D1 plays the release sample or repeat note, depending on whether it is the Pro Edition Perf Set or Horizon product.
