Alternation Tool

I own the orchestra cube and have not been able to understand how the alternation tool works or how I would apply it. I read the instruction manual and have not had any luck. Could someone walk me through and give me a some direction?

The manual actually covers it pretty well, certainly better than anyone is likely to do in a forum post. You can also buy the tutorial DVD which shows you how to use it in video form. It's $40 for only about half an hour of tutorials give or take... but at this level of question it's probably exactly what you're looking for.[/code]

have a good look at the free video samples on this site somewhere. it shows the alternation tool being used in front of your very eyes. It didn't make total sense to me at first, and in fact, I seldom use it myself now, preferring to individually work the key switches, looping them in a separate track where necessary. It is a useful thing though.
