Sorry just realized I missed abit.
user/library/application support/logic/plug-In settings/AUMatrixReverb
The Matrixreverb folder may not be there if you have never used it so I suggest going into logic and just open up a new Audio Unit (AU plugin) in the mixer console and select the AUMatrixReverb. Now that should give you the folder if you didn't have it before. Then follow the above path.
If not that, try :
/library/application support/logic/plug-In settings/AUMatrixReverb (Without going into the user folder) - I have known sometimes that plugin folder to be installed on this app support rather than the one in the user/library version. (But it really shouldn't be here)
The AU stuff should be standard on logic, and indeed with Mac OS X, at least I think it is. Perhaps one of the VSL guys can help us out if you can't find the appropriate folder. Hope this has been of help, and hope you get it working ;D
