According to VSL I've installed the perfomance tool 3 times. This may be possible although I don't recall installing it that many times. Either way I've been requesting the performance tool activation for my second computer for almost a week, and I still haven't gotten the activation code. Has anyone else had this slow of a response in getting an activation code? This wouldn't matter but most of us have deadlines...and I'm stuck untill I can get the perf. tool working on my second computer. If anyone at VSL sees this post....can you help speed this process up. Honestly, it should have taken a day to get the code, not a week.

Waiting a long time to get performance tool activation....

Hi,
I did not have the activation response going that slow, so I cant comment what could be wrong, but maybe you should send an email to support@vsl.co.at
hope that helps

I received an e-mail asking for my computer code 3 days ago...I then returned the e-mail with the computer I'm trying to activate. No response for a day and a half...so I sent the same e-mail back again. No response. If there is a problem...I'd like to know what it is? I'll send the computer number again.

Well - if the system requires a human to actually generate the codes, it ought to be changed. I would go just plain nuts if I had a deadline over my head, and no response!
I feel with you - good luck

I think that VSL closes for the weekend, but I would think that you'll get a pretty quick reply tomorrow.

composer, we had already an email conversation about this last week...
processing your last request i found already 6 activations for 3 computerIDs from 4 different IPranges since oct. 04 and sent you a list with your active activations. you stated not to know about the activations except the last, so i was forced to do some research about the circumstances (which you hopefully will find your understanding).
the number of automated activations for opus 1 is currently limited to 2, everithing beyond will be processed manually. just to mention it: you have of course received another responsekey meanwhile ...
