Problems with registering products

Hi,
I've had Opus 1 for a while and just got Opus 2 as well. Two problems. First, whenever I try to register either product I get an invalid serial number error. I would really like to register these products so I can download the Performance tool. Second. When loading Opus 2 the solo viola patch comes up with an error during the install and doesn't copy to my machine. Anyone else had either of these problems and if so got any suggestions on getting around them? Thanks.

andrew, sorry for the inconveniance - possibly some of the characters are printed badly. please email your serialnumbers to support@vsl.co.at and i'll have a look if you could read them correctly.
regarding the error: i'd assume you want to extract the EXS version - we'd recommend to use UnRarX for this. many stuffit versions (including but not limited to) the new 9.0 turn up to make problems although they claim to unstuff RAR archives (btw: we have sent a detailed report about it to aladdinsys, but without success)
