  • “Voucher code could not be added to your order.”

    Hi all,

Yesterday evening, I purchased a voucher deal, and added some vouchers to purchase the Bösendorfer Imperial. However, I had to go back from the payment page to select one more product so the total price exceeds the value of three of my vouchers. Upon returning to the payment page, now with the Contrabass Trombone added, only one of my four vouchers worked. So I refreshed again and subsequently tried to log out and sign back in, only for NONE of my four vouchers to work.

How is it possible that none of the vouchers work anymore when the order and payment weren’t completed? Has anyone else experienced similar problems? This is unacceptable.

    Kind regards

    Christian
