I'm having identical problem to OP on Windows 11. I've already sent an email but thought it would be useful to flag that it's the same issue.
Vienna Assistant (ver 1.2.461) not working. This is what I see.
I had Norton on my machine which I have uninstalled and reverted to Windows security. I've added Vienna Assistant and Vienna Assistant Installhelper to Allow apps to communicate through Windows Defender Firewall. I'm still getting the same result though.

Hi, I have the same problem!
The VA (1.2.465) seems to login OK, but during the "Loading Products..." stage, I get that error:
"There was an error on getting the data from the server. Please try logging in again."
I used Malwarebytes as AntiVirus, but the error happens even when its OFF!
This is extremely frustrating!

I'm just getting a new music PC up and running, and I am also experiencing the "error getting data from the server" issue. I've allowed the app in my firewall, followed a link in the online FAQ (which directed me to https://api.vsl.co.at/auth/ in order to log out of VSL services), tried various other things, but nothing is working.
Any help would be appreciated.
