Can't link to iLok???

I just bought a library that I'm very excited about. I received the confirmation email, which told me to link my iLok to VSL.

So, I went to my profile... clicked "link to iLok"... and nothing happens. Is something supposed to happen? Am I missing something basic? I inspected the button and it doesn't do anything. How am I supposed to link to iLok?!?!

On top of that, I can't log in to Vienna Assistant? I keep getting an error just trying to log in.

Great! How about Vienna Assistant erroring out? It keeps getting stuck on "Loading Products"?
