    - That error is probably a calculation thing, we will look into it.

    Regarding the new site,I have seen 3 minor issues not impacting my order but still existing:



    • Unable to save the billing adress in Myvsl -> Billing Address (Edit)

    • unable to find how to remove items from the Wishlist once it is purchased

    • Some article in my Wishlist have an error button (see below)

    I have one question. Are all the libraries you sell now playable with the Synchron Player or are there any of them that still use the old Vienna Instruments Pro ? For example I have the Jazz Drums Library (that I don't see listed anymore) that still only works with the old player. Will an update be coming ? Thanks !

    Invoice download works just fine here... any firewalls or AV programs active that could be in the way?

    Yes, from now on we're selling products supported by the Synchron Player (and all other Synchron based players: Pianos, Organ, Harp) only. Jazz Drums is still on the list to be ported, no ETA as of yet.

    VSL have said that Jazz Drums are coming.

    I meant that I have some of the libraries as VI instruments and the UI is (sometimes) showing the cross grade price. However, the studio package bundle price calculation does not probably work, because it shows a larger price than the libraries I am missing. I suspect this bug is related to the fact that I own synchroni-zed plucked instruments bundle, and I cannot use the concert guitar and upright bass anymore (this really needs to be fixed asap!). I think that their system does not understand that I should own the individual versions of these two missing libraries and is counting them to the package price or something.


  • Here is the screenshot showing the studio series package as 302e. But the only missing instruments are studio percussion (82e crossgrade), studio elements (39e crossgrade), studio dimension brass I (49e crossgrade), and studio dimension brass II (49e crossgrade). So something does not add up here.

    No firewalls or AV programs and I have tried on my main workstation (W11 edge and firefox) and my ipad, and same issue, If you have a way to collect log for a debug let me know, I have free time 😊

    maybe I am too conservative, but my impression is that the new design/layout is confusing and blatant (in German: „laut“ und plakativ) - and therefore unfortunately a step backwards.
