Vienna Assistant is saying I have 24 instruments not installed. However, I use the, all the time, they are clearly installed. Why would VA say they are not installed?

Here are screen shots of Vienna Assistant and iLok Manager. You can see, for instance, that Dimension Strings and Solo Strings are listed as not installed, but they show up on iLok and I use them! It's a mystery. The second shot is in the nest reply. You can only upload one pic per post.

This happened to me. Here's the email I received from Andreas after I sent him a support file. His suggestion worked immediately. I hope it works for you.
"The Vienna Assistant file does indeed report only a handful of instruments being installed. Could you please use the "Add existing libraries" function from the Vienna Assistant menu (top left corner) and point towards the drive with all your other libraries that are not showing up correctly?"

Every time I have done add existing libraries VA became unresponsive to the extent of needing to force-quit.
