    Hi to the forum,

    usually on the product pages you see the normal price, and then the student discount price you get, but these are not showing at all when I log in. Unless something has changed and you don't see the normal price compared to the discount price you get, but instead you just get the academic pricing with no comparison now.

    Is this the case now? Thanks if anyone know anything about this.

    Please ensure that you are indeed logged into your VSL account. Your EDU status is still active, and that should still work. Kindly note that we do not offer additional EDU discounts on current specials or products during the introductory promo.

    thank you for getting back to me. I'm logged in at the moment and this is what I'm seeing, for example, the Duality strings virtuoso.

    Is this the correct student price? It usually shows the student price and the normal price together.

    Hi Michi,

    I've just checked, and logged in and the price is showing as € 595 for the regular version. The Synchron violin regular is showing as € 220. For some reason I'm not getting any student discount showing, even though I'm logged in.
