    Hey VSL folks, are updates being throttled right now?

    I just did a fresh install last night of all the Synchron Percussion libraries on a new machine/drive, and I was surprised to see the same large storage space taken, not the newer lossless install sizes.

    The Updates option in the main Vienna Assistant menu is grayed out. When I go into any individual library, the main button shows as "Installed", with no "Update" option showing up in the dropdown menu either. But it knows there's an updated library version available: with Synchron Timpani I, for example, it shows Installed Version: 1.1 and Latest Version: 1.4.

    (I'm on macOS Ventura 13.6.6, running Vienna Assistant 1.1.427 and Synchron Player 1.3.1499).

    Is this a known current issue, and is there any ETA when I should expect updates to work again? Thanks!

    Thanks, Ben. So user-based rollout, hopefully shows up in the next few days or so then. (For the record, I am a newsletter subscriber).

    Bit unfortunate (for my bandwidth and your servers) to have had to download the complete 622 GB version because the smaller update wasn't unlocked yet, but oh well.
