New Solo Cello does't show in Synchron Player

Hi,

I bought the violin/cello full bundle. Both instruments are downloaded to the same place. iLock reads as activated. The Synchron Player only shows the violin's choices.

Please advise?

Yes, I had a Synchron Solo problem. The software will not install. It is shown in the VA and ilok.

Have you tried manually adding to the database in the Synchron Player?

No. The files are in the 'temp' folder and have not been converted. I have no idea how to accomplish that. The standard version downloaded and converted just fine. The extended has not. The files are 'tmp' in a separate folder from where the converted samples are.

Only VSL can answer that, but I suspect not. If you purchase with PayPal, you can choose to purchase with 4 payments.

I had to remove the VA preference folder and re-download. Everything is working as it should. Beautiful V.I.s!!!
