Dear Herb and team,
Of course, it is your business. All of you have a living by working at VSL, I suppose. And we can buy your products.
But the great passion, the persistence, the will to improve the products every time a new, make that we, composers, have a full orchestra, to instantly play our ideas. When I write a note in Dorico for the Duality Strings, I hear a note with some importance, just the way it is played, that note is serious business. I experienced this the last days.
And now we have a solo violin and solo violoncello that have the same in it. So beautiful, made with so much care, passion, of course of the musicians but in the first place of Herb and of course the whole team. Herb, you gave us, composers, such a great tool with all the instruments, and such a beautiful, very useful software. Of course, you don't do it alone but there is a brilliant team, a brilliant team, to work together and with whom all of you have reached what you have achieved now. And of course, the work isn't finished. But I really think: this is a new milestone in the life's work of all of you.
So to finish: a great, great thank you to all of you!
