There are problem with bus :
When you send a track it does not show 7.1.2 ; that could explain the dead loop
if you set the bus like this MIR IS NOT HAPPY :
if you set the bus like this MIR is happy :

I have select all the brass.
Only the 1 track is converted to 7.1.2 and French horn 3 is displaying the error.
The only solution is to set one track at a time
I have proposed to support to make a manual
Let's see what they answer

That's odd, because VSL support told me that they invited you to provide us with a guide to the steps you took in your Logic project, telling you that you can always post them on the forum, of course.
