Hello
I downloaded and installed both Fazioli pianos free 30-day trial, but I get no sound. I can see that they did install and I see them in the Synchron Piano app, but, unlike the other Synchron pianos I have installed, I get no sound. Is there something special I need to do because it's the demo version?

I've had a look at our database right now, only the F 212 has been activated on your iLok key, the license for the F 308 hasn't been activated yet. You could also get in touch with support@vsl.co.at directly, since the forum isn't the place for support cases.

I apologize for posting this here, but no one in Support has been helpful. They wrote back to my first request but offered no solution and they have not gotten back to my reply, so I've given up on support. That means the forum is my only source for help. I have installed and activated both Faziolis, but neither of them are working despite showing as activated and installed! I own two other Synchron pianos that work just fine, but I was hoping to get another after testing it out, but no luck. So I'm not able to use the trial version and VI loses out on a sale. It's a lose-lose situation.

By the way, I have uninstalled both pianos and deactivated them both. I'm going to try one more time to make them work.
Don't give up, Michael. VSL support will help you get it sorted out if you are unsuccessful on your own. The Fazioli's are worth the effort. 🙂
I'm so tempted to get the F212 with the discount and all, but I just don't have the extra money for it at this time. The F308 still remains my favorite VSL piano to date.

I finally got it working. I had to completely uninstall and deactivate and do it over again and it worked. The Big Fazioli is exquisite! The smaller one is not to my liking, it's a bit thin sounding.

I'm glad you got it all working. The F212 is definitely more intimate and a nice addition to the F308. A lovely instrument when you don't need the presence of the largest concert grand in the world. 😀
