    Hi there. Today my demo license of VE pro „suddenly“ expired. So I purchased it on Thomann 30 minutes ago. I’ve got an email that they have to get the code from vsl first. Any experience how long it can take? It’s no problem to take the evening off. But at some point I have to got back to work.

    Just for future reference I find VSL's own Online Store to be really good and the transaction is always immediate.

    Hi @Major

    The process for 3rd party vendors is automated. In other words: They do not have to "wait for VSL to provide a code".

    They can process your order as soon as one of their sales agents gets to it. I assume it's just busy on their end.
