  • Synchron Player VST loading in "x64 bridged" mode

I've noticed recently that when I load the VST3i version of Synchron Player, it says "x64 bridged" at the top of the instance box.

If I load the VSTi version, I don't see this.

It also doesn't happen with the Synchron Pianos Player or Vienna Organ Player VST3i's.

I'm running the latest version of Synchron Player (v1263), Windows 11 Pro x64, and Reaper win64.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synchron Player using Vienna Assistant, but got the same result afterward.

Can you help me correct this, please?

LOL. On searching this forum for "bridged", I found that I asked a similar question two years ago. I had completely forgotten. One helpful poster offered some guesses, but I never heard from VSL.

As far as I know, "bridged" indicates that either the VST or the app is 32 bit and the other is 64 bit. I know that Reaper is 64 bit. Does this mean that I somehow have a 32 bit version of Synchron Player?

  • Vienna Instruments Pro VST3i also does not display this message when loaded in Reaper.
