[ERROR: Could not load...] - I need Help! my library are can't using

My system is macOS 14.4.1 m3max. when I open my logic to use the Synchron player and choose a instrument,It will show "Could not load " but Synchron player app in my desk it is normal, can hear the sound.so I can't us the Synchron player in Logic Pro to finish my program!!!!Sorry my English is not well
