The Content
The fairytale is about Cally. She wants to become a ballerina with all parts ot her being.
Cally has to overcome many many hurdles and win several fights – either against herself, but also against people who are jealous, afraid and who want to excel her in order not to see their own weakness. Benevolent accompanions on her way to the top get Cally's confidence more and more and so build her backbone for climbing the stairway of success.
Nonetheless: With her steady doubts and considering about herself Cally again and again gets bogged down, always in mind her experiences in childhood. But because of her iron discipline together with her high emotionality and sensitivity Cally is able to overcome life's challenges in the end.The fairytale is the phsycholical and physical fight between Cally and her competitor in dancing Sabrina. Cally, the unexperienced but extremely talented outsider, meets Sabrina, the experienced but head-controlled competitor. Several duels lead to a showdown in the final of an advertised dance competition.
This fairytale is based on true events which are modified for the purpose of representation.

Piece 1 "The Dark Side":
Condition of Cally in the beginning of this fairytale: dark and full of pain, unstable but with a glimmer of hope of nearly celestial ambition.
Cally has a dream: becoming a ballerina deep in her heart. She carefully looks forward. She cannot help, it is her calling.

This is Piece 5 from my fairytale: Indian Dance (Synchron World Percussions, Solo Violine, Power Drums).
Cally takes a walk in a park where she meets a group of dancers performing this Indian Dance. During the performance one guy wants to enchourage Cally to participate and comes nearer and nearer. Just before ending it nearly comes to a sexual distress where Cally is able to free herself and runs away.https://www.facebook.com/100007056583070/videos/1017721350021574/

This is piece 7 from my fairytale: Tango liberale (SY Solo Violine, Solo Cello, Boesendorfer 280 VC, Synchron Harp, Synchron Strings Pro).
After the traumatic experience from piece 5 Cally felt very sad and disillusioned. But still her iron will and inner calling let her go on. And so she takes part in the next ballet lesson. During the warm up the teacher also corrects Cally's posture up and on. Doing so, Cally and the teacher (Andrew) feel a certain unity and they can't their eyes off each other. Finally the warm up leads to the Tango liberale.https://www.facebook.com/100007056583070/videos/698698885767370/

This is piece 8 from my fairytale: Sabrina's Solo (SY Solo Violin, Bösendorfer 280 VC, Synchron Harp, Synchron Strings Pro, Synchron Brass + Woodwinds, SY Percussion).
After Cally and Andrew have left the ballet lesson, Sabrina (the competitor of Cally) feels a step behind and is envious. She wants to show that she is the best. Together with the other girls in the room she performs a ballet waltz, showing her technical brilliance and talent.https://www.facebook.com/100007056583070/videos/502221429227983/

Hello Andrea, what a lovely music piece this is. Well done! The production sounds very professional. Nice "Balance" in volume aswel as the tonal colorisation. I have the Bosendorfer 280 VC to. Together with the Steinway, Bluthner and the Yamaha CFX. And I must say the Bosendorfer 280 VC is my favorite by far. What an incredible piano library that is! May I ask what reverb or roomspace program did you use on the piano? Once again my compliments on your marvelous compositions.
Best,
Willem

Hello Willem, thank you very much for the compliments.😃. Indeed, the Boesendorfer 280 VC is also my favourite. For my dance fairytale I am using Vienna Mir Pro 3D together with the Vienna Konzerthaus "Großer Saal". Everything in Surround 5.1 -> Stereo. Best Andrea
