    Hi all.

    I recently purchased the Synchron prime edition and have installed it on my mac. After the installation it's working fine on the user account I did the install. However, when I switch user account, the the Prime edition + some free librarys don't show up in the synchron player. I have checked the iLok manager and opened the cloud sessions. I also tried to close the cloud sessions on my primary user accound beore switching user where I opened the cloud sessions again. According the iLok manager the library is activated but it just doesn't show up in that user account. I also have the synchron piano player with Yamaha CFX and that library is working fine in both user accounds. I'm on macOS 13.6.1.

    Any ideas?

    I'd check the privileges & access rights for the Vienna Synchron Player app under macOS security & privacy settings.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I looked in to int but didn't find a solution. What security settings su you suggest?
