Hi Antonio,
Did you activate your licenses in the iLok License Manager yet?
Check out how license management works with iLok and the iLok Cloud.
Best,

Hi Paul,
I solved the issue with Elite Strings by downloading Synchron Player through Vienna Assistant, although I also had to convert all previous eLicenser libraries too.
As a side note, I was also able to solve the issue with MIR Pro. I had totally missed that I also needed to activate it through eLicenser as well.
All the best, António
Good day,
I'm having exact the same issues as mentioned above, only they started after installing the free Celestial strings.
The Celestial strings where shown in Synchron player, but now all my other libraries are gone. (They are shown in the database window though).
So today started downloading all the libraries again.
I checked E-Licenser and Ilok and I can see they are all activated.
Also reinstalled Synchron Player, and now only Big bang orchestra shows up (It was the first one that finished downloading).
What on earth am I doing wrong here, and why did it all work fine before, and now suddenly everything is gone! (not really gone, It's all there just not recognized).
Really hope someone can help me, getting a bit desperate.
Greetings, Daan Smit
I have a similar issue. After updating the Synchron Player with the new Vienna Assistant none of my libraries are shown in the plug-in but are only visible in the database. Will I get them back if I restore the previous version of the plug-in from my backup?
I had same problem.
What fixed it for me was rebooting my DAW (Digital Performer-Mac OS) and reinstantiating the Synchron Player plugin---then all of my newly downloaded/installed ilok libraries did appear in the Synchron browser side bar.

Hey, I've recently purchased Vienna Ensemble Pro and it came with Epic Strings.
I've downloaded everything through Vienna Assistant and activated everything on iLocker.
I work on a M1 Mac book pro Ventura 13.5 and have my libraries on an external hard drive.
The libraries worked for two times. The last time this happened, I had to delete some files at the system library of my Mac. I wasn't expecting it to happen again and it hurts my workflow to always have to reinstall the libraries.
Is there a permanent solution to this problem?
Kind regards
