On my server, the Synchron Player is no longer shown in VEP when I select a channel using that plugin. I only get the header line with the midi channel and key ranges, nothing more.
Other VST plugins show up as expected; only the Synchron Player does not.
I updated the Synchron Player and VEP to the latest version the other day. I can't say for sure that this caused the problem, but it worked before that. I have reinstalled both products without any change.
I also have VEP on my workstation and updated that at the same time, and on that computer, everything works as expected.
Server:
Windows 10
VEP 7.3.3358
Synchron Player 1.3.810
iLok cloud
Workstation:
Windows 11
VEP 7.3.3358
Synchron Player 1.3.810
iLok dongle

Synchron Player not showing

To continue my monologue...
I've got everything working now, but I experience prolonged unload times, something I don't recognize from earlier VEP versions.
I have a 5-instance project with 20 plugins, where 5 are Synchron Player, and the rest are VST3 plugins. To load this project takes about 30 seconds, and to unload it takes about 10 minutes. The VEP log file shows that every "Destroying ToolkitPlugin: Vienna Synchron Player" is instantaneous. In contrast, every "Destroying VST3 plugin" takes between 30 and 60 seconds, during which time VEP is doing absolutely nothing (according to Process Monitor).
Is the previous version of VEP available for download somewhere?

Hi!
Yes, the last VE Pro updated v3358 introduced an issue with 3rd Party VST3 plugins (closing/disabling/removing). You can use the rollback feature of the Vienna Assistant app.Best regards,
Andreas
