I posted this on the IK MultiMedia forum as well...
For some reason, my VEPro 7 slave, on Windows 11, will only see AmpliTube's VST3 plugins when it is installed on my system drive (c://), using the standard installation paths.
I would like to install AmpliTube on my F:// drive, which is also an m.2 NVME drive, because Amplitube is such a CPU and IO heavy app.
But, any install on my F://, of any AmpliTube component, renders it's VST3 plugins invisible to VEPro. The VST2 plugs do show up.
Is there something obvious that I am missing?
Thanks,
Dennis

I don't think VST3's can be moved to another location

Is that a VST3 limitation, or a VEPro limitation? Because the AmpliTube installer lets you choose where you want to install your VST3 plugs. Dennis

I don't know. I haven't seen any apps that offer that choice for VST3; just VST2
