    I hope someone can answer my question.

    I have have purchased the first editon from Ilio and Peter Alexander. Where and how do I upgrade to the Pro Editon?

    You just received an e-mail from us on this very subject. As has been reported to us, so far, you can place your Pro Edition order with Truespec. We've just done a poll of all our customers, and we already have a group ready to order when the release is announced. It's possible that the ordering procedure could change from what we understand today, but this is what we understand from VSL.

    Also, re-check your e-mail for the harp articulation file and MIDI packets that were sent to each Truespec customer as part of our ongoing VSL support program. Shortly, each of our customers will be receiving the first in a series of quick start templates, too. The suport we've started with the First Edition, will grow and expand with the Pro Edition. Thus, we are FIRMLY behind this library with sales, training, and support technology.

    We're doing our best to stay on top of this. Once we get the final details, we'll pass them on to you.
