  • My M1 ultra runs VPRO!

I have cursed VSL in the past for not providing Silicon support as I have been totally frustrated. I heard that VEP could run in Logic so I tried and it does. I could see my libraries for the first time on my M1. But here a miracle has happened! I can now use my libraries without needing VEP! How is this possible? I am stunned. Now the VPro plugin does take about 5-6 seconds to load - but hey! Everything works as if I was on my old 5,1 mac. Any ideas on how this miracle has occurred? I have attached a screenshot.

PS - Mir not working, neither is the Imperial, but all other VI libraries work :-)

I do not use VE anymore since a few years, I use VI and SY instruments in Logic too.

Logic is spreading the load on all processors ðŸ˜Š ðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜Š

    Thank you for sharing!

Do you know if Synchron Pianos happens to run on M1/M2 already? My purchase depends on this, so I am eager to know.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Rafa,

Everything I have does work under Rosetta, but you must have the ilok versions of your libraries. I can now use Mir 3 and imperial pianos as well as synchrony player. I do not have synchrony pianos so cannot advise but I believe they would work.

    Cheers
