    I bought the sordino SYNCHRON-ized Solo Strings - ilok. I used it, everything was fine but lately I don't see it when opening VS Player. However it is still loaded and theoretically available, the files are visible in the ilok list (latest version) and with the wizard.

    Is this a deactivation issue? I reloaded the files with Vienna assistant but the problem persists. I do not understand.

    I don't know what you mean with VS Player. You need the Synchron Player for a SYNCHRON-ized library.

    Check to make sure it's activated in the iLok manager
