    I got a license for the Soft Imperial and set up iLoc and Vienna Assistant. I found Soft Imperial in Vienna Assistant and tried to download it, and see the download going to 100%. But then it never installs (I don't see it in 'installs'). however I do see a file "HELLO_SoftImperial_Main.syvolume" that is 2.54 Gb under /Users/Shared/VSL Content/Free Soft Imperial - ilok

    I tried restarting Vienna Assistant and trying again, but the same thing happens. I also tried with the Sychron Player but the same thing happens, it downloads but never installs.

    Please help as I am really eager to try Soft Imperial.

    Actually, to my surprise when I loaded up Ableton, the Sychron player was there in the plugin list and I was able to open it. But I didn't see Soft Imperial in the plugin list. Am I supposed to use the Sychron player or some other player to open up the Soft Imperial?

    Ok, after playing with the player for awhile I finally figured it out. The piano sounds pretty great, thanks to VSL for providing it!

    Hello, the soft imperial’s higher registers above C4 is pretty weak light in volume, and the middle to low section is sounding well, did I miss something in setting or it’s their intention to make such an dynamic distortion?
