    After initially installing SYN-IZED SE, expression maps in dorico 4, and loading example projects, some of the instruments weren’t sounding.

    I noticed there was a problem with my installation, and not all instruments showed ‘installed’, so i uninstalled the libraries and reinstalled them.  they all now say ‘installed'

    Most instruments are now sounding correctly, but a few, like bassoon 2 and violin 1 in the forest gump demo aren’t sounding.  

    When I open up the synchron player for those channels, the keys are all greyed out, and there are pink x’s up in the tree area.... 

    any ideas?  I can reinstall more and again, but just thought I’d ask about this...

    Hello Jason!

    Bassoon 2 is included in the SYNCHRON-ized Special Edition Vol. 4. According to our records you don't have this volume registered. You could replace it with another bassoon 1 preset loaded in this channel.

    Violin 1 should be playing. I would simply reload this preset. Does that help?

    Yes, i think I thought that the expression map would map an instrument I had to the slot... and with the first problem being an installation issue I wasn’t sure if everything was working properly.
