VEpro7 on separate machines but one window

I have used VEPro for a few years now but always on one machine.

I am thinking (well more than thinking really) about running SOME of my VEPro stuff on a separate machine.

But due to resource and license issues I'm thinking about having (let's say) Strings and Brass Instances on the host computer (as I already have) but then (let's say) percussion and synths Instances on the slave machine - but having all four tabs on the same VEPro GUI. Is that possible?

Hi Richard, 

That's not possible at this point. VE Pro will host the instruments on each computer on a separate interface.

OK I see - but does that mean that the main DAW GUI can have TWO VEPro Projects open - one for each machine? And all routed with midi and audio out to the DAW?

Alternatively can you use something like Remote Desktop to see what's on the second (slave) machine?

Hello Richard, 

The main DAW can connect to multiple VE Pro Servers on multiple machines, that's correct. 

Of course you can use screen-sharing software to run a "headless" system.
