    I have changed to ILok from elicenser. I have a 3-computer setup. I have an ILok key on each of two slave computers, with Symphonic Cube libraries set up and working via these keys. On my main computer, I have Synchron player v124 installed, I have Vienna Assistant v1.0.195 installed. It shows that 3 Synchron Libraries are installed : Synchron Elite Strings/Synchronized woodwinds/Dimension Brass 1. These are installed in G:VSL SYNCHRON DATA, in their individual folders thereunder. Those folders contain the various SYVOLUME files. G:\VSL SYNCHRON DATA also contains folders for BBO/Free Harp Glissandos.

    If I start a standalone Synchron Player, then click on Settings/Database, under Volume Scan Paths the three "[Strings/Woods/Brass]- i Lok" entries can be seen. However, there are NO Presets or Patches showing in the sidebar. The machine-based libraries BBO and Harp Glissandos ARE showing in the sidebar.

    Any help gratefully accepted!

    You need to open the iLok manager and activate the libraries
