I just finished completing the iLok transition for my account, but I have run into a glitch that I can’t find a work-around for in any of the videos or online documentation, so I’m hoping someone can help me.
The standalone Ensemble Player works fine, but if I try to connect it to any of my DAW’s (I primarily use Finale 25 and Digital Performer 10), I receive an error message stating “Connection Failed - Could not connect to Service.” The Vienna Instrument player connects fine in both programs, it is just the Ensemble Player that is not connecting (and, like I said, the standalone Ensemble Player works fine, so it does not appear to be a problem with the iLok activations).
I've tried out the 30-day trial of Ensemble Pro, and got the same results.
I’m running on MacOS Monterey, version 12.4
