    Hello, 

    I contacted you by email I have not received a reply from Andreas anymore, so I write here.

     

    Yesterday I bought Bosendorfer Imperial Standard, I managed to activate the license on Ilok (activated online not on my mac).

     

    1) Why the free package of Bing Bang Orchestra Free), makes me put the license on the mac, while the Bosendorfer  package does not?

     

    2) The problem is that the Bosendorfer piano is not displayed in the Vienna Player and therefore I cannot run it.

    If I run Garage Band or Logic first, it works, while with your native Player it doesn't..

     

     

    Ps. I have updated all the Vienna packages (player/assistance/ensemble) and installed Ilok, the only change is the Bosendorfer files on external ssd.

    What should I do?

    Please install and use the Synchron Piano Player for the Synchron Pianos. - Ben

    Ok thanks Ben,

    I solved the problem, leaving installed only: Synchron Piano Player.!

    However, I would like to point out a bug / problem that presents itself to me: if I also install the Vienna Synchron Player, the Piano Player disappears !!

    Hi OldSoulDax, 

    That would be very peculiar if Synchron Player kicked out Synchron Pianos, those are independent products... 

    If that still is the case, please send more information to support@vsl.co.at (your setup, some screenshots, reproduction steps would be great).
