  • Why is the Great Rieger Organ a Synchron library?

    Hi,

Just out of curiosity: why is the Great Rieger Organ classified as a Synchron library, and not a Synchron-ized one? Is it for the fact that it is recorded with natural reverb, like the Synchron libraries?

At the same time it can, like the Synchron-ized libraries, be readapted to any other convolution reverb. So, maybe it is more a sibling of these libraries.

Just wondering if there is a particular reason in the VSL catalog criteria for this choice.

  • Hi,

It's mainly that the player is based on the Synchron Player Engine. But also for all other reasons you mention.

    Best,
