  • MIR Pro Room, Room Tone Fader can't be increased ?

    Hi,

I'm not sure why I can't increase the (Room Tone) fader in MIR Pro to add some room tone of the venue I have selected. When I try to move the Room Tone fader to the right it doesn't move. Is there something I'm missing here, or a setting, ..etc. ?

Any help on this detail would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

  • You have to create one (and only one) instance of MIR Pro that is switched to "RT"-mode (read: RoomTone-mode).

But please be warned that this mode isn't recalled properly by several DAWs for an unknown reason (Cubase/Nuendo being one of them), so please make a note to activate RT-Mode manually again.

    HTH,

    Hi Dietz,

Thank You for the helpful feedback. I was able to get the room-tone in my DAW (Studio One Pro 5). By inserting a MIR-Pro instance on an empty stereo audio track, and enable RT on the MIR-Pro Plugin. Now I can dial in the Room Tone amount of this audio track as needed.

    Cheers,
