    ussually i mix everything at 48k 24 bits in logic . much of the source material comes from varrous keyboards and the giga studio. my delta 1010 seems to do a fine job at covertiing analoge to digital. and i use sound forge and waves for mastering.

    my next several piceces will be created using the performance set ONLY.

    so i was wondering if i should mix these at 16/ 44 or 24/48.?
    i know there are several arguments for each approach- BUT in this case all of the source material is ADAT 16/ 44
    any ideas on this??

    If you don't leave the digital domain, I would stay at 44.1 at any bitrate you like (non need for 24 bit if all your source-material is 16 bit, although the mix itself might benefit from a higher resolution ... this depends a lot on the system you chose).

    If you go analogue inbetween, you may work at any setting you like.
