I must admit that I had some difficulties installing a library for the Vienna Instrument. The support I received was the best support I have ever experienced. Andreas was even sending me mails on the weekend. In the end everything worked out perfectly. I would like to recommend Vienna not only for the highest class of symphonic instruments, but also for their customer relations. Many other sample libraries should take this company as a role model, it would make the lives of us musicians much easier!
