    I'd move the eLicenser key to a different USB port, best directly on your computer, and start all eLicenser protected applications one after the other (Cubase, VE Pro Server), not at the same time.

    I will try that!. The problem is occurring on a Mac server so VEPro7 is the only app running.

    Hi Stig,

    Thanks for the valuable additional information. So this is on a Win 10 Server, and I assume that you are using all the latest VSL Software and the latest eLCC software, correct?

    You can also try to roll back to a previous version of the eLCC, with a version from the eLicenser archive.

    Everything is the last update.
    Also see really long load times for the synchron harp. Instanciating the plug-in and the wait 2 minutes. Is that ok?

    That is unusually long. Are you maybe loading from a spinning HDD drive? 
    You should store those samples on SSD, the faster the connection, the better.

    It's from a Samsung SSD 850 EVI 1 TB, so no moving parts here.

    Then something else must be in the way. 

    Both Vienna Organ and Vienna Harp load all samples of the instruments right on startup, so that's different than opening Synchron Pianos or Synchron Player, which load empty.

    But 2 minutes load time is excessive. Which speed do you get on your drive when you check in "Database"?
