I just bought my first synchron piano and it doesn't load. I have downloaded and installed all the files provided. The vienna key is inserted. When I open in Logic X (running Big Sur) there is no sound. When I open it outside of Logic ... no sound.
I have contacted VI and got some very vague instructions telling me I needed to install the downloaded content, though I'd already done that.
I'm very disappointed with the customer service. The guy I was speaking to kind of disappeared midway through helping me.
I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled it. Same issue. I've wasted half a day doing this.
I'm kind of used to expensive plugins simply working. I run NI, Symphobia, Spitfire ... all good. I've previously had to contact NI and Spitfire about issues and they were on it right away and solved my issue.
This is very disappointing. If it wasn't for the fact that VI has the best rated piano plug in ... I would ditch this product and demand my money back.
