    When trying to install the downloaded Epic orchestra library for the synchron player via the download manager, I get this error message:

    "The following license is required for this product: VI-online 107".

    I am absolutely clueless about what this is. I have all valid licences running in my e-licencer. Everything is up-to-date. I have legit versions of synchron player, also VEP 7 and Epic orchestra library. All those are licences on my Vienna key and seemingly working correctly (no error messages in the e-licencer.

     

    Can anyone relate to my problem ?

    Hi Jan,

    Please make sure that you are using the latest eLicenser Control Center, and that you have downloaded the license for your Epic Orchestra 2.0.

    You described having a license for Epic Orchestra (no '2.0') while the installation process regards one pertaining to Epic Orchestra 2.0.

    Same. I just clicked on Activate later and moved on. We'll see what happens.

    I Just received the EXACT same quote for the EXACT same library, after installing 4 other libraries.  I am looking at all of the people reporting this.  Why is this still an issue taking place?  Licenses are too expensive to have to worry about this kind of stuff.

    HI Sekrit Studios, 

    The license database is constantly expanded, so you need all the latest components to display the correct license (that concerns the Downloader/Installer and the eLicenser Control Center). Which versions are you using?

    By the way... no matter what I do, I cannot find the Vienna Instrument Pro 2 standalone player in my windows start screen.

    Vienna I confused the "Instrument Pro" product name with the "Suite Pro"... Which is technically my fault I can admit.  But there are a lot of words used repeatedly within your branding structure, and I would urge you all to audit it from a marketing standpoint, as we who do not work there have no clue, and repeated wording makes things difficult to tell from one another.
