    I am looking to get VSL Elite Strings

    This would be my first VSL Strings library.  Coming from other non-VSL libraries, I have had to learn what the negative delays are for each articulation and there are some companies that provide a list of the negative track delays

    Does VSL provide a list for what the negative track delays are for each articulation?

    No, but Elite Strings is quite consistent across the board in that regard compared to some older libraries.
