I have a licensed copy of VEP 6, and I soon plan to extend my audio recording resources to two or three additional computers. Suppose I run a VEP 6 Server instance on my main MacBook Pro computer running OS X Mojave and VEP 6 Client instances on external Windows 10 systems. As an example, if I wanted to run multiple instances of Kontakt, UVI Workstation and other VSTi plugins and multiple instances of VST effects plugins, with the various plugin instances distributed across the VEP 6 Server/Client instances, would I need to have the plugins installed on each of the external systems, or would VEP 6 manage the collective computing resources such that the plugins are only required to live on my main computer? Your feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

Distributing Plugin Resources Across Multiple VEPs

Thank you for the reply, Paul. One additional question, if I may. Suppose I gathered all my VSL and non-VSL sample libraries onto a network attached storage (NAS) device over the same LAN referenced by VEP, assuming the device has a high enough bandwidth and speed for real-time audio streaming. Will the VEP server & client instances be able to share these sample libraries concurrently from the NAS?
