    Hello,

    I am on a 2019 27-inch iMac with 128GB of RAM running OS X 10.15.7, and the MIR Pro standalone application is constantly crashing when I try to instantiate it. I tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the program, but it is still crashing just a few seconds after I open it. Is this a known issue? Or is there something I can do to remedy this problem?

    sorry to see that you have to report problems in your first message here. :-)

    Please get in contact with support@vsl.co.at , including as many details as possible. BTW - what do you mean by MIR Pro standalone application"? The plug-in version or the one the runs as part of Vienna Ensemble Pro?

    ... I'm sure that VSL's support team will be able sort out the issue swiftly.

    Hi Dietz,

    Thanks for your reply, and for directing me to VSL's support email. I apologize for not realizing that was the appropriate way to submit this issue. I just sent a detailed email (with video) to VSL Support regarding the crash issue, which pertains to the plug-in version of MIR Pro.
