    I am trying to do a custom preset but it does not work.

    Here is what I do:
    I open the factory preset Lyra: High Strings VelXF
    I modify something, then I save it in the user preset with the name 'High Strings Mod'.
    When I double click on it it says that "Could not load 'High Strings Mod'.
    I cannot even locate factory default presets to understand where they are saved.
    Finally, if I close the Synchron Player, all the user presets I tried to make are disappeared when I re-open the Synchron Player.

    Can someone help me?

    Hi, if you have a problem, you can always send an e-mail to: support at vsl dot co dot at 
    They answer very quickly, most of the time the same day.

    I saw one thing, and I really don't know if that is the answer, but: you gave your preset the same name as the factory preset. You could try to save a preset of yours with another name than the factory preset. But I really don't know if that is the solution.
