[SOLVED] EDU discount not applied to Synchron Package

Hi,

as of late, the student discount seems to not be applied to the price of the Synchron Package, both standard and full library. Instead, only a small discount (less than ~5%) is deducted. The prices here also are not named "your student price", but "promotional price" and "your price" only. With other libraries, e.g. the Vienna Super Package and Symphonic Cube, this is not the case.

I assume this might be connected to the new Synchron Strings Pro package whose promotional price possibly is somehow overriding/blocking any other discount, no matter the sum. Is there a way to fix from my side or has it to be done from server side?

Hi Paul,

thanks a lot for the speedy reply! The mail with screenshots has been sent and I have also received the automatic reply with the case number.
Login status seems to be perfectly functional from my side, BTW: I get the "welcome [mail address]" message and the logout option in the top menu bar, and, with other libraries, also the education discount. So, hopefully, this is nothing too big to sort out.
