Library Installer won't install - package.info not on computer - What is "pkginfo" file?

Downloaded Vol. 1 Essential Orchestra - 30 day trial (expires 9-6-2020)

Using Mac - Catalina

When click on Library Installer, get window saying will need package.info (file is not on computer)

A file named "Pkginfo" resides in Contents folder for Library Installer - don't know what that is

When click on Ok for package.info notice window, Vienna Instruments folder window opens with contents greyed out - nothing there responds to mouseclick.

Package.info notice window says Download Manager will show location of package.info.  Download Manager has showed no activity for numerous downloads and re-downloads.

E-Licenser shows 3 "Collection Licenses" for Synchron-ized - Vol1 (two say Remaining Starts - 90/90; third says  Starts 44/90

On left of MyDownloads page, installation instructions say click on another different file that is not on my computer

Hi Chris,

The package.info file is downloaded with your installation files, available here.

You are downloading those with the Vienna Download Manager, and the installation is started automatically, when the download is finished.

Please send a few screenshots to support@vsl.co.at, with a link to this thread, so we can check what's going on.

It should be as simple as:

1. Install the Vienna Download Manager
2. Double-click the Activation Code you have received with your Confirmation Mail
3. Follow installation instructions.
